Colin Hewitt has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and will now take overall charge of Integrity IT. Colin has consistently demonstrated thoughtful, people-first leadership, building trusted relationships across our team, clients, and suppliers. His appointment marks an exciting new chapter—one that keeps collaboration and trust at the heart of our business as we move forward.


We’re also delighted to announce that Paula Laurie has stepped into the role of Deputy Operations Manager. A long-standing and highly respected team member, Paula’s calm and steady presence has earned the confidence of colleagues and clients alike. She’ll continue to support daily operations while delivering the responsive service our clients value.

These promotions are a reflection of Integrity IT’s commitment to growth, progression, and putting people first—within our team and in everything we do.
